About Me

A patient fan for your furry friends

Hi 👋

I am a tea and reading addict that is well accustomed to having cats on her lap for long periods of time, testing daily my ability to withhold cramps.

I've had and been around cats since I was born, and you may have even seen me in the street giving the furry street roamers a big (or small, however they like it) fuss.

I am a London lass moved to the North East for a sea and good hiking fix. I work in the environmental sector, mostly from home so I have the time and flexibility to give your loved pets attention.

I have a DBS which I am happy to share.

I will respect your cat and their space, if they want a cuddle I will happily oblige, if they want distance I will make sure I leave it up to them to approach me and make sure they are fed, watered and played with if they play game. I know that some cats play the long game and I can be as patient as needed.

I work mostly from home and have flexible hours, so depending on days and number of visits needed I can spend an extended time with them as part of the one visit.

I am happy to do a free meet and greet beforehand, don't hesitate to ask.

    Emily is amazing! We booked Emily for three days. She was patient with our 2 cats, giving them the time they needed to warm up to her as they typically hide from strangers, and by day 2 they were allowing pets!. Emily sent us daily updates and photos making us feel at ease, as this was the first time we’re were leaving them. We will book again!
