I have been disappointed and unhappy about my experience. I requested daily updates and had to chase to get them while away. Even after I reminded Zaynah, she still missed a day. I asked for a litter tray change and it was only topped up, so the bottom of the tray was full of wee when we came back. Finally, our key was not given back as we agreed.

Zaynah was amazing at looking after our three furbabies. She gave them plenty of attention, had no issues with raw feeding, and helped us sort out some issues with our litter robot!

She even left them a little christmas present with some cat toys, which they absolutely adore!

I was really nervous to leave Bloobs for a week, but Zaynah did a FANTASTIC job looking after her. I could tell as Bloobs looked so well upon my return. Zaynah is a very seasoned catsitter and I'm so grateful she was able to give insulin injections twice a day! She was so responsive with communication and sent me loads of pics and vids! Thank YOU!!

This is the 2nd time I have used Zaynah. Zaynah was in touch with updates and took care of my cat super well for a week whilst I was on holiday. My cat is very shy and timid with new people so I don’t think Zaynah got to see all that much of her again but she was very happy and well fed by the time we got home. Would highly recommend Zaynah to anyone else looking for a sitter!

Zaynah took care of our cat Patrick during 5 days in May 2018 and we were very happy with her service. She was flexible and was happy to step in on short notice. She was calm and patient (our cat Patrick is shy with new people) and she shows genuine love for cats.
