Alexandra is a great sitter! She and her husband, Scott, did an excellent job at keeping both of our cats happy and fed when we were away. We got really good photos and videos of our cats and they warmed to them instantly. Thank you so much for looking after our cats so well 😊

Alex has looked after our two cats on two occasions and I can't recommend her enough. She is very polite, friendly and professional and our cats absolutely adore her. While we were away she made sure to update us on how the cats are doing, that they have eaten and litter tray has been cleaned. We were always happy to come home to happy and well looked after cats.

I have had in this occasion the worse experience ever. I have left 3 cats in my house with 2 litters with Alexandra and her husband who helped her in checking on my cats. The sand in the litters has NEVER been changed for 22 days although i have specified this should have been done at least once a week. When i came back after holiday at 4AM the smell in the house was awful, i found pees all around the house (obviously) and I had to change immediately the litters and start sanitizing the whole place. I was very disappointed as i asked clearly this to be done before my return and discovered this was NEVER done. Justification has been that they could not find the bin bags (we had a whatsapp group and this could have been asked). Since my cats are so used to the cleanless i can say they were no happy when i got back. It's unbelievable to leave 3 cats in that awful place and not having the sensibility to change the litter for so long. I also told them to make sure to give wet food only twice per week, instead the cats have been fed everyday with wet food. I discovered this when they told me the pouches were finished. Justification : they got confused with another house. Both my cats got 1 kg extra.

Alex is an amazing sitter, she is caring and has taken time to get to know my cats personalities. She sends daily updates and photos which assure me they are Doing well, I would recommend her to anyone.

All four of my cats loved Alex and Scott, even Pud, the notoriously shy cat! Alex was quick to communicate with me, sent photos and played with the cats for a bit which they all enjoyed. It was the first time we had left the kittens over night so I was a little worried but I didn't need to be! Thank you :)

Alex was amazing, quickly grasped my anxiety about leaving them and in particular Phoebe who hasn't been well. She sent daily photo's/ videos and I could see she had quickly established a relationship with them which allowed me to feel relaxed and enjoy a much needed break. I will continue to request for her to look after them when I ne t go away

Toby loved Alex and Scott! You could see through all the pictures Alex shared that he was really happy with them! Alex is very careful to share detailed status on each visit and to consider the cat's personality and favourite playing style! Made me feel so much better while travelling! Thank you Alex!

Alex was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond her duties when looking after my 2 fur babies. She didn't just do 2 visits a a day but would take her time to spent almost a full day with them to ensure they were not bored.

I received plenty of pictures whilst I was away and was confident my cats were looked after well.

I would use Alex again :) :)

Alex bonded with our Spook immediately, the day we met her prior to our leave. Even our scaredy cat Severina came to her whilst we were away.

Alex went above and beyond to care for them, sending photos and updates throughout the weekend.

We can’t praise her enough for her compassion and love for them.

She will be our highly recommended sitter each time we go away now
