Another lovely weekend for us knowing that our precious kitty has been so well looked after. Thank you so much!

Our kitties had a great time with Criena and they were very relaxed and well taken care of by the time we got home.

We got regular updates of our cats so that we were very chill during our holiday knowing they are happy.

Criena has been amazing with my 2 elderly cats, particularly the shy one who needed insulin injections, which sometimes involved going under or behind furniture to get to her! She quickly established their trust - definitely a cat whisperer. She was also able to deal with a medical emergency with one of them. I would 100% recommend her!!

Criena was just as reliable the second time around. She took great care of Wilbur, visiting twice a day and keeping us updated again with photos and videos. We think Wilbur's going to miss her!

Criena is a fantastic cat sitter! She visited to meet Wilbur to understand his needs, and we went on holiday confident he was in good hands. She came twice daily, spending quality time with Wilbur, and sent us photos and videos so we knew he was well cared for. So glad we found someone local we can trust.

So happy with Criena’s cat sitting for us. She looked after our two rescue cats for a week and we came back to a clean house (our cats are messy!) and two well fed cats. Criena obviously loves cats and she was really patient with our nervous rescues which made it a bit easier for us to leave them. Would definite recommend her!

Thoughtful, kind hearted and excellent communication

Criena has looked after our cat Oliver a number of times and she always does a great job. Communication is really good, and we get daily photo and video updates which is brilliant. It's clear that she absolutely LOVES cats and it's good to know that Oliver is in such good hands.

Brilliant communication and care. She absolutely loves cats and in 6 days managed to turn my aloof, shy cat into an affectionate and sociable one. Amazing!

This is the third time Criena has looked after Emma and yet again she's done a great job. Criena really loves and understands cats, and due to her patient approach has been able to get to know Emma and administer her medication, despite Emma being nervous around strangers. Criena is also great with attention to detail, as Emma's diet has to be carefully managed due to her being on insulin. We were able to enjoy being away knowing that we had someone as trustworthy and caring as Criena looking after our cat. I highly recommend her.

We have never left our cat with anyone other than my mother in law. He is now 14 years old. But Criena made us feel at ease with her from the moment we met her. We knew she was the one!! Clyde was well looked after and she went above and beyond ensuring that he (and us) felt comfortable. We would definitely recommend Criena and we are definitely using her again.

Criena is absolutely wonderful. We were let down by another sitter who didn't show for our meet and greet and then went radio silent. Criena had been in touch following our enquiry to see how she could help; she stepped in at the last minute and was happy coming to give our cat Emma her insulin jab. Criena looked after Pia for the third time this weekend and we cannot recommend her highly enough. I loved receiving the photos and videos of Pia whilst I was away and always know I’m going to return to a relaxed and happy cat! Thanks Criena!

Before Criena met my cat, I warned her that he might hide from her or even get a bit hissy when she came to feed him, but what I did not know then, and do know now, is that Criena is a total cat whisperer. She took fantastic care of my Josh while I was away and he really took to her, which made me feel able to relax while I was away. I whole heartedly recommend Criena. Your kitties will thank you.

This is the second time that Criena has looked after our cat Pia and she has again been an excellent communicator, reliable and we came home to a calm and relaxed Pia. I never feel anxious leaving Pia in Criena's care - thanks Criena!

We were very concerned about having a sitter for our Misty during our August vacation since we had never been away from her and we had also never used a sitter. Crienna put our worries to rest from the first meeting. She clearly adores cats and took good care of our baby for the week. She was always accessible and responsive whenever we wanted to check in. Thank you CIAF for a great service and for giving us Crienna! I would happily recommend Crienna for even longer sits. I know we will be using her again for sure!

Criena did a great job of looking after our cat Pickle for a week, whilst we were away. She spent time with him each day and sent pictures. It gave us great peace of mind knowing he was in capable hands and we came home to a happy cat. Would definitely recommend.

Criena was great - she looked after our cats for nearly 2 weeks. It was quite a long time for us to be away and I felt quite anxious to leave them on their own.
