Caring cat sitter in East London

My name is Monica, I have lived in the UK for around 8 years and I work as a waitress at the moment. I have always loved cats but my dad was allergic so all I could do back home was cat sit my friend's cats every now and then. Shortly after I moved to the UK I started working in a cat cafe and I was there for around 5 years taking care of 10 cats. I also adopted my lovely cat Zorro in 2019 but unfortunately he was diagnosed with cancer late 2023 and passed away in January. I really miss having cats in my life and love just to be in the company of them, even if they are not the most cuddly ones.

I am experienced doing basic care like food, cleaning the litter tray, maintenance of cat fountains and grooming. I have also experience giving medication (to my own cat and the cats that I used to take care of in the cat cafe) and my cat used to have issues with his eye so I was used to doing daily eyedrops on him. The cat cafe I used to work included two maine coons so I am used to long hair grooming, it also had a devon rex so I am used to cleaning cats (around the ears, mouth and eyes).

I am patient and quiet so I find easy to bond with shy cats and also have the energy to play with more high energy cats that require longer playing sessions.
