Caring and capable catsitter

Hi I'm Jen, I work full time in the charity sector, and usually work from home in East London.

I grew up with two lovely cats. Stepney and Spooky. Spooky is now 19 years old and spends his days under the tree relaxing.

I've been a regular cat sitter for the last few years for friends and friends of friends. I often spend weekends looking after homes and cats and sometimes even weeks or months. I'm always ready to meet your cats and expand my crew of cat buddies.

The below is just a guide, please always let me know what you and your cats need, I'm flexible!

Where? Drop ins: All of EC & E1 plus Dalston, Surrey Quays & Canada Water. 1-12 night stays: London Zones 1-3 13 nights or longer: UK wide

How long? Drop in: 30-40 mins/drop in Overnight: stays up to 1 month

Keys: I’ll follow your lead on keys, we can exchange in person or just let me know where I can pick them up from.

Cats I look after: All of them. Cats on my current roster include single cats, pairs of cats (some of these pairs get on with each other and some don't), pedigree cats, moggies, indoor cats, outdoor cats, senior cats, kittens, shy cats and cuddly cats, sleepy cats and cats who swing from the curtains at 2am!

Food! Whether its food at mealtimes only, wet food or dry food, monitoring or filling auto-feeders or keeping water topped up. I'm happy to take care of food however your cat eats it.

Cleaning! Cats are clean creatures so I'm around to give them a brush, clean their food bowls, clean their litter trays or mop up any spills. I'll, of course, clean up after myself too, and leave your home as I found it. I’m happy to change bedsheets and put on a load of laundry before I leave an overnight stay.

Fun! I'm here for playtime and can bring over some toys from my cat kit if your cats like a change. I am great at cuddles, pets and treat-time.

Safety! Safety is always my top priority and you can be sure your cat is in a safe (and fun) pair of hands while you enjoy your trip away.

Company! I can work from anywhere, all I need is an internet connection, so if your cat needs extended company, they can be my assistant and join all my meetings.

Care! Many cats need time to adjust to a new person in their home and I'll always let your cat lead the way, whether they want to be left alone or they immediately want cuddles I'll respect their needs.
