It was great to get away knowing that our cats were in the very capable hands of Hayley. She looked after them very well, even sending daily pictures so we knew they were fine. Hayley did her best to keep Lily cool in the heatwave and kept me updated all the time (as I was very worried about the heat). Wouldn’t use anyone else, Hayley is the best cat sitter.

Hayley did a great job looking after our cat.Communication was informative and responsive. She went 'the extra mile" when something unexpected happened .Hayley gives great attention to detail,which was so helpful in the care if our elderly cat.

We got home to a super chilled out and happy Lily. She loves having Hayley visit, I’m almost certain she was disappointed when we got home. As usual Hayley did a perfect job and kept me updated with pictures and information on visits. Already booked in for the next holiday 😃

Hayley visited before we left to collect a key, meet Cleo ( our elderly cat) and get any information she needed/requirements. She sent us regular photos to reassure us that Cleo was happy and well fed whilst we were away. Came home to a very happy cat. Everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely ask Hayley to look after Cleo again.

After a bad experience with a previous cat sitter I was recommended Hayley by a friend, and I have to say she is amazing. My cat has kidney disease so has a bit more complicated food routine. Hayley listened and did everything perfectly. My cat is also a nervous cat who likes to hide… but not with Hayley, she won her round on day one and I was sent photos on every visit of them having cuddles and playtime. I came home to a very happy cat, clean bowls, and tidy litter tray area. I would highly recommend using Hayley.
