Hello there :)

I am Moe - an ex-entrepreneur who made my name in the hospitality sector, before selling my business in 2015.

I have spent time on 5 continents, and ran my own businesses in America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

I ran an boutique hotel and 200 acre organic farm for 2 years, with 6x Tamworth pigs, 24x Shetland cows and an army of Campbell ducks!

I have been a legal driver since the age of 17, with: - a clean UK Driver's License with insurance no-claims bonus - experience with both left and right hand cars - experience with manual and automatic, fuel and electric

At the moment, I am intentionally single, and have decided I do not want any children or dependents in the future too.

Other things to note; I am: - a British passport holder - a non-smoker - an occasional drinker (wine with a meal, etc) - NOT on medication, and with no (known) illnesses - NOT allergic to anything (occasional hay fever, aside) - NOT religious or part of any ritual-based faith

I also have no special dietary requirements, and am totally unfussy with food.

After 2 years of being 'stuck' in the UK, I now want to get back to my travels and seek inspiration to finish my never-ending book.

In terms of cats, my partner and I had 2 British shirt hairs for 12 years

Because of the nature of my work, I decided that I would not become a pet-owner again until I settled back down in one place, hopefully in the not-too-near future :)

For now though, I want to focus on running my consultancy while exploring different parts of the world. This involves no more than 4 hours of video calls each day, Monday to Friday, with 45-minute intervals between each call.

Thankfully, I expect to have all my weekends free :))

I am looking for: - an entire place to myself - a stable internet connection - cats who do not require 'extraordinary' care

I have no other conditions, really. I am happy to always be in the same room as the pets, and to have them sleep in the bed, where they are used to this.

I will be reading and researching in between my calls, and LOVE to go for long walks in the morning and early evening to clear my mind.

My typical schedule means I am free for routine chores from: - 0800 to 1000 - 1230 to 1330 - 1900 onwards

As long as all expectations are made clear in advance, I will clearly communicate any potential challenges with your requirements.

I usually walk or cycle, and and have accounts with Lime and Uber. I am happy to take public transport where convenient.
