Pampering your cat with love and care

I have always had a love for animals and working with animals comes easily to me. Working with animals has always been a dream of mine that I am very passionate in fulfilling.

I have grown up with animals all my life. I have had dogs, cats, hamsters, turtles, fish and even a bearded dragon. I walk, feed, and tend to my own animals on a daily basis. I was also lucky enough to be present when one of our cats gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens. I helped care for them as they grew and didn’t want to see them go to other homes.

I am committed to the welfare and safety of animals. I am confident, patient, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and time management skills. I am currently studying towards my Level 3 Animal Management Diploma and I am due to finish this course in July 2024. I have also already completed 2 courses in animal first aid.

I have had a lot of experience in pet sitting over the years. I have obviously looked after my own pets (2 Labrador Retrievers, 1 Jack Russell and 2 cats at the moment) as well as dog and cat sitting for numerous other people. I generally pet sit at the animals home so that there is as little disruption as possible to their daily routines.

I work part time in a dog grooming salon which I enjoy immensely. When working with the dogs I have developed a lot of patience and learnt correct techniques to keep them calm and happy. When working in a grooming salon we get a wide range of dogs coming through the doors, from easy going, playful, high energy, anxious, nervous, and sometimes even aggressive. I love and care for them all.

I also work at a stable yard which I enjoy tremendously. I am also an avid horse rider and have completed my BHS Stage 1 and Stage 2 courses.

I love to give big cuddles, head scratches and even sometimes a belly rub (cat dependant of course…) I also know that some cats just like to sit away from you, knowing that you’re there is enough and I find it important to respect this too. I’m happy to give medication to your cat (show me how you administer, and I’ll ensure you’re happy before leaving me with your fur baby). Essentially anything your cat wants (with your OK), they will get.

I drive and have my own car so can be around whenever you need me to be. I know it’s never easy leaving a furry friend so I will keep you updated and happy with daily photos and videos. I am committed to look after, care and love your pet as if they were my own. I am here to make your pet feel as loved and cared for as if you were at home with them. I have a fun, compassionate personality and I can guarantee your pet and I will be the best of friends.
