Furry Friends

I grew up in South Africa where we had lots of animals. At one point we had 12 cats due to two mom cats both having their litters at the same time. I’ve always loved cats and always seemed to have them. It’s only when you become an adult and have your own pets that you realise the love you have for them. We got our first British Shorthair in 2021 at just 6 weeks old and boy did we fall in love. Being from South Africa, we decided to name her Nala. We later introduced her to a friends British Shorthair, Oscar, to have babies. In March 2023 she had litter of four. Two boys and two girls. We fell in love with them and wanted to keep them all, but being in a rental, we just couldn’t. We ended up keeping the two girls who we named Minnie and Elvis (yes she’s a girl) and they have become our babies. I couldn’t imagine life without them now and they are literally my everything.

In the past I have helped out friends and family with their pet sitting. I love cats and love playing/spending time with them. Happy to spend time playing, feeding, grooming, cleaning litter & changing litter trays. Extra companionship for me 😻
