Charlotte was excellent and it was such a relief to be able to go away knowing that my cat would be well cared for. Charlotte was very communicative, reliable and helpful, sent updates every day and was a pleasure to have in my home. I will definitely use her services again. Highly recommended.

I was a little nervous about leaving my cats because they are rescues and not the easiest with people they don’t know but I didn’t need to worry, they both loved Charlotte and I came home to very happy cats. I was sent photo updates every day whilst I was away and everything was spotless when I came home (which I hadn’t expected). Hoping Charlotte is available next time I’m away!

Charlotte was so great with my cats Betty and Chester! Punctual, helpful and friendly, she was very patient with Betty who can be a little shy at first and sent great updates - with such amazing photos! - and reassured me that they were being very well looked-after. I came home to two very content kitties and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Charlotte - thanks so much!

As always, Lottie did a brilliant job of looking after Mishi and keeping our house secure at the same time. We received daily updates with lovely pics and came home to a very happy, relaxed cat.
