Whisker-Approved Cat Care

My names Safia, I’ve been working in the insurance sector for over 2 years now. I have an 11 year old tabby cat called Tabitha and a 2 year old cockapoo called Ted who are both bundles of joy!

I prioritise creating a safe, nurturing, and hygienic environment for all animals in my care. My dog is walked one to two times daily, brushed regularly to prevent matting, and has his dental hygiene maintained. I also ensure my indoor cat receives daily interaction and enrichment to support her physical and mental wellbeing, alongside access to a water fountain to encourage proper hydration. I am attentive, patient, and committed to maintaining high standards of care and trust.

A typical day caring for pets begins with ensuring all animals are comfortable, fed, and settled. For dogs, this includes taking them out for regular walks tailored to their energy levels, followed by playtime, treats, and plenty of positive attention. I am happy to assist with grooming where needed, whether that involves brushing, coat care, or basic hygiene. For cats, I make time to sit and interact with them through play and companionship, as well as gentle grooming if required. Throughout the day, I monitor each pet’s wellbeing, routines, and behaviour to ensure they feel safe, stimulated, and well cared for in a calm and loving environment.
