Experienced Cat and Rodent lover, ready to look after your loved ones

I have grown up with cats from a young age and therefore have lots of experience looking after cats of all ages, from playful kittens to indifferent elder cats.

I currently have four cats I look after at my Dads, whilst I have a Puppy, five Fancy Mice and four African Pygmy Dormice that I am primary carer for at my Mums

I have experience with cat sitting having shadowed and helped my Step Mum with bookings through this site - I've been hands on with Sphynx cats and am comfortable with their specific care requirements, as well as various other breeds of cats from the most chilled British Shorthairs to crazy energetic moggies - and am now hoping to get some bookings of my own.

I am also very happy to look after rodents (which are a bit of a speciality given I have nine!), fish (which I have also grown up with) and rabbits (which I have previous experience of looking after informally for a neighbour).

I have recently completed my A-Levels (2023) and therefore would be available for drop-ins at any time of day. I appreciate as a young adult I may need to earn your confidence in my abilities and therefore I would be more than happy to visit you ahead of any confirmed bookings and answer any questions you may have.

CAT CARE I'm (unsurprisingly) happy to fuss and play with cats until exhaustion takes over (either for the cats or for me!) but am also more than happy to do the dirty work of clearing litter trays (and any accidents), feeding and watering. I'm familiar with kitty body language and will take my cues from your cat, giving them as much space or fuss as they want.

RODENT CARE As an experience 'Mousemum' I am comfortable with all elements of rodent care - from feeding and fussing to enclosure cleaning, switching out toys and hides, generally maintaining a clean and enriching environment and monitoring for signs of ill health.

RABBIT CARE I am happy to feed, water, renew hay and generally muck out hutches as and when required.

FISH CARE I'm happy to feed your fish but am not too experienced with fishcare beyond the basics.

PLANT CARE I have quite green fingers so would be more than happy to water any houseplants / garden plants during my visits if you let me know the watering schedule / any special requirements (I have cactus feed, citrus feed, general houseplant fertiliser and a mister to assist in keeping your plants in top condition)

HOW I WILL TREAT YOUR HOME I will always treat your home with respect, leaving it clean and tidy and with little to no sign of me ever being in there; however you will know all about my visit as I'll be happy to provide lots of photos, videos and messages about your pets.
