Ruby's Fab Cat Service

Ruby is an amazing sitter. She sent daily updates and was clear while we were away that she spent time with Ernie each day getting to know him which was lovely to see, as he can be shy with new people. Ruby even brought him a little gift to play with. He clearly enjoyed his visits and we came back to a very contented cat. Will definitely use again!

Excellent work by Ruby - we returned from a weekend away for a family wedding to find two very relaxed cats. We were also sent plenty of pictures, even of our old ginger tom, who is notoriously hard to keep still for a photo, so he must have been chilled.

Couldn't have asked for more. Our cats, who can be very shy, immediately took to Ruby and we received updates and photos of very happy cats, everyday. Ruby clearly loves cats and we had happy fish too. Really helpful, great communication, we won't worry about going away in the future!

Well looked after cat, friendly with good communication and update pictures

Ruby was great as always, very communicative. Daisy is a huge fan and always seems so relaxed in the pics and videos that Ruby shares. Ruby even kindly informed me of a lump on Daisy’s leg, which I hadn’t noticed and can now get checked out by the vet.

Ruby has watched our cats numerous times. We appreciate the updates from each visit and know they're in safe hands. It's wonderful to come home to happy cats. Thank you!
