As always, Ruby gives an excellent service. Caring for the cats and spends time with them. All their needs are well looked after. You receive updates on how they are. Puts our minds at rest as we know they are looked after extremely well.

She sent daily updates and was clear while we were away that she spent time with Ernie each day getting to know him which was lovely to see, as he can be shy with new people. Ruby even brought him a little gift to play with. He clearly enjoyed his visits and we came back to a very contented cat. Will definitely use again!

Excellent work by Ruby - we returned from a weekend away for a family wedding to find two very relaxed cats. We were also sent plenty of pictures, even of our old ginger tom, who is notoriously hard to keep still for a photo, so he must have been chilled.

Ruby was above and beyond, my Lucy wasn't very welcoming, yet she made sure she had fresh water, clean litter and food every day of the trip while I was away and shared updates on this. I highly recommend her!

Ruby was great as always, very communicative. Daisy is a huge fan and always seems so relaxed in the pics and videos that Ruby shares. Ruby even kindly informed me of a lump on Daisy’s leg, which I hadn’t noticed and can now get checked out by the vet.

Ruby has watched our cats numerous times. We appreciate the updates from each visit and know they're in safe hands. It's wonderful to come home to happy cats. Thank you!
