Reliable Cat Lover in St. Albans

Hi I’m Heather and I’m 23 years old, currently living in St. Albans. I have grown up with cats my whole life and currently have a senior boy, Oscar, who leaves you covered in white hairs 24/7!

Anyone who knows me can vouch for my absolute love for cats and as someone who has always wished to volunteer with cats, this is the next best thing!

I understand the stress of leaving pets behind, so helping other cat owners have peace of mind whilst away would be a huge privilege. I’m well accustomed to all things feeding, cleaning bowls and litter trays, and cuddling cats. I will ensure to send updates and photos every day to keep you in the loop.

I have just recently spent 3 weeks volunteering at an animal shelter in Greece with cats, dogs, and donkeys/mules. Tasks included feeding the animals, walking the dogs, cleaning, grooming, and administering medication. I am also confident dealing with unexpected situations as may occur in a shelter.

I also have previous experience volunteering in an animal care unit with small mammals, rodents, and reptiles so would be happy to check on other pets. Any household necessities including watering plants and cleaning wouldn’t be a problem :)
