Experienced cat owner & fosterer

I lost my best friend, Belle, of 10 years in February 2022. I couldn’t face replacing her but I missed having a cat in the house so in April 2022 I signed up to volunteer as a cat fosterer for Feline and Wildlife Rescue Nottingham. To date I have fostered 17 cats from tiny weeks old kittens, to battered strays. I am now an admin of the charity so my life pretty much revolves around cats.

I currently foster one cat, Alan, who has been with me since the start of June. He has a few health issues so isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, which I don’t mind at all!

I am confident with all cats and happy to administer any medication required, along with the usual feeding, changing water, cleaning out litter trays and most importantly, cuddling and playing.

I can provide daily photos and videos of your cat(s) to keep your mind at ease whilst you’re away.

I work as a Finance Manager and am office based 3 days per week. I only recently started this job and being DBS checked was part of the interview process.

I am also happy to look after any other small animals you may have and water plants etc.
