Pete's Purrfect Cat Sitting in Wetherby

Hi, I'm Pete. I live in the Wetherby area and work for a brilliant fresh pet food company. I have an enhanced current DBS check for your security and comfort. I am proud owner (or rather, she owns me) of an 18 and a half year old calico tortie cat who I completely love. I've always had pets since I was a child (a long time ago now, I'm in my early 50's). I'm happy to come and look after your cat (or cats) while you're away - visiting once or twice a day - to make sure they are happy, played with, fed and watered, let outside if you wish, given medication, have their litter tray cleaned and just generally be lovely company for them.

I am confident in administering oral medication to cats - mine has hyperthyroidism so I understand the importance (and sometimes the trials!) of giving them tablets or oral liquid, on time and properly. Your cat will always be taken care of like they are a member of my family too. I will come and sit for half an hour as required, playing, giving treats, grooming if your cat likes it... I'll give them fresh food and water as instructed, change the litter/clean it. If you are away for more than a couple of days, I will happily take out your bins and bring them in, and water any houseplants too or fetch your post from your letter box. I can make sure curtains are opened and closed each day and lights left on for your cat if they like that - whatever you require. I'm offering my services as a pet sitter as I noticed when trying to find a cattery or cat sitter for my old tortie, that there are not many in the area - and not many with lots of experience particularly with older cats or those that require regular treatment. If your cat needs vet care while I am sitting, I have a car that I will use for safe transport in your own carrier. I will always put the needs of your pet first, that is my promise.
