I would give Olivia 10 stars out of 5 if I could. She was so friendly and professional and gave us twice daily updates on how our girls were doing. It was such a relief to know they were in such good hands.

We had such a good experience with Olivia!! She was excellent - great communication at every stage, and went above and beyond in providing updates while we were away. Olivia put both us and our cat Narla at ease, and we came back to a very happy cat who I'm sure wished we'd go on holiday soon again.
