Nadia has looked after my cats a few times now, and she's great with them! She's knows exactly how to interact with them, and always sends me videos and photos so I know they're in great company with her whilst I'm away!

We had such a wonderful experience with Nadia! She was incredibly sweet and kind, clearly very experienced, and always punctual and professional. Our cat took to her immediately, and it was heartwarming to see how well she connected with him. Each visit came with regular updates which made us feel at ease. We’ll definitely use her service again.

Nadia is great with my cats. It's the second time I've booked her for cat sitting and will do it again! She has a great rapport with them both and they love her company. She shares photo and video updates, so it's clear to see how happy they are to greet her at the door! Would highly recommend!

Nadia took great care of my cat and sent me (very cute) videos every day. Communication and organization were very easy. My cat can be a bit stand-offish, but she immediately took a liking to her and obviously felt very much at ease!

Nadia was fantastic! It was up and down whether she would be looking after 2 cats or 1 and she was very communicative and understanding of the situation. My kitties love her! She's a real natural with cats, and couldn't have asked for someone better to take care of my kitten whilst I was away and so I could nurse a sick cat over Christmas!

Nadia was an absolute pleasure to have as a cat sitter to our Tango. Tango isn't great with strangers but he seemed to melt with Nadia so upon our return, he was in good spirits and his fur looked great. I can’t speak more highly of Nadia. Super communicative with messages, pics and videos, helpful, on time, tidy, you name it. But most importantly, from the get go Nadia and Albie got on like a house on fire! It was such a joy to see him cuddled up to Nadia day after day, clearly entirely unfazed that we’d even left. I think he’s found a new bestie. I highly recommend Nadia for your cat sitting needs.

This is the second time Nadia has cat sat Herbie and once again she did such an amazing job. I loved all the updates whilst I was on holiday and felt completely reassured that Herbie was getting all the fuss he demands. And he is very demanding!

Nadia was absolutely fantastic during our time away and sent videos and photos every day to update us on how Beans was doing! Nadia clearly has a way with cats as Beans took very quickly to her and usually he can be quite shy, so it was reassuring to know our cat was in safe hands.

We've come back to a happy cat and would 100% use Nadia again based on this experience.

Nad was absolutely wonderful looking after Echo and Rasta for two weeks while we were away. Echo is on medication and Nad made sure she had all of her medicine each day, and also ensured Rasta stuck to his exercise regime! We received lots of funny photos and videos that made us laugh and helped a lot when we were missing the cats. We knew they were both getting loads of fuss and affection and our flat was spotless when we returned instead of covered in fur and cat litter like usual! The plants are also very happy. 100% recommend Nad to anyone!

Nadia went above and beyond to make sure our cat Arya was OK whilst we were away. We received nice update pics and videos that were very reassuring and showed that she was very happy. We will definitely be booking Nadia again!

My cat is nervous with strangers but Nadia sent me some lovely photos and videos. It was clear that the cat was very affectionate and relaxed with her. I would certainly use her again and recommend her.

We had Nadia looking after our shy boy Jadhu. She was brilliant and it did not take long for him to warm up to her. Everything as expected and communication was very good. Nadia even sent me pictures of Jadhu every time she saw him, which was very reassuring for me. Would highly recommend.

If I could leave 0 I would. We came home to our cats litter tray not being changed for 4 days, resulting in my female cat weeing in an empty litter tray when we opened a cupboard door on our return. Our male cat had an eye infection on our return (which could have been caused by anything) however we received no updates from Nadia the whole weekend and had a hefty vets bill on our return. Our flat was also burgled with no sign of forced entry (again could have been anything/anyone). Completely untrustworthy, DO NOT leave your home or cats in Nadias care. Also received terrible customer service from catinaflat, won’t be using again!

I'm grateful for CIAF giving me an opportunity to reply to this review by stating the facts, which I have backed up with photographic evidence. I was looking after Sophie's cats for 2 days with 1 visit per day. This makes it impossible to not have changed the litter for 4 days, as I did not have access to the flat for that length of time. I was also told by Sophie not to worry about changing and just to clean it, as they wouldn't be gone for that long. Regarding the eye infection, I have photos of both cats on the night of my last visit which show no sign of infection or any other obvious diseases. In terms of the burglary, I have spoken to Sophie's husband, the police and CIAF and there has been no reason to suspect me being involved in any way, shape or form. Moreover, I have DBS clearance (meaning I'm Police Checked), as I volunteer in schools and therefore work with young and vulnerable people.

I have used Nadia's services to take of my cat Rosie, and she was absolutely brilliant with her. Rosie is very cagey around people, so I was really impressed by how well she bonded with Nadia. Rosie's food and litter were always well taken care of, and she was nicely groomed.
