Cat sitter in Salford

We were very dissapointed of communication with Shannon. We clearly agreed with her that she will send us a message every day informing that everything is alright. During two weeks of our absence she had few couple-days of complete silence! We were extremely stressful. Even after she apologised, same two days of silence happend again. She sent me a video with my cat, and I could clearly see my cat was relaxed, but lack of communication is a huge minus when you're leaving your furry friend with stranger. It costed me a lof of nerves. I feel I could choose better.

It's been the first time I've used Cat In A Flat and I was a bit scared at first. From meeting Shannon the first time, I could tell she was a true cat lover. She kept me updated on my Oscar during my holiday and, when I came back, he wasn't too stressed out from the time away from us and Shannon promptly dropped the keys off on the same day I got back. I'd recommend Shannon to anybody that needs someone responsible and caring!! Well deserved 5 five stars!! :)
