Rowena was great from start to finish. She met Blue and I in advance of the first cat-sitting sessions and really put my mind at rest. She was very professional and focused and my car seemed to take to her right away. I got messages and pics/videos while I was away and she kept me well informed. I could not be more pleased. Rowena is absolutely lovely and really reliable. Had our kitties eating out of her hands and purring happily on her lap in no time! Sent daily updates, photos and videos which really helped us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing that ‘the boys’ were in good hands. Totally recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

We had only just moved to the area and was worried about the stress of putting them into a cattery. This service was perfect. Rowenna kept us updated throughout regularly with pics and videos. One of our cats was very nervous and would hide but Rowenna was very patient and managed to coax her out. Great service both for the cats and for us

I felt anxious about my cats routine but Rowena was really reassuring and had the experience to do the jobs correctly. We had a prior visit at my home to get up to date and to help me stay organised and she prompted me to write everything down, which helped. I have a little flat and sometimes I feel chaotic but Rowena made everything simple andeasy

Fabulous service and will absolutely be booking again! Booked 2 visits a day for a week and received daily updates per visit showing happy cats eating, playing and lots of cuddles. Clearly very happy and content with Rowena and the house we came back to was lovely and clean with fresh litter. Above and beyond, buying extra food for us when out!
