My name is Becky, I am a mum of two and I work with special needs children in Bournemouth, Dorset.

I adore cats and have done my whole life, but due to living on a very busy main road, I cannot risk a furry friend getting hurt and we do not have one in our home at present :(

Growing up, my family owned a Maine Coon cat called Kipper, he and I were the best of friends and we were lucky enough to enjoy him for a whole 16 years!

Later in life, my husband and I adopted a grey Persian from Battersea. Her name was Margot. She hadn't had the easiest of lives but spent five wonderful years being treated like the Queen that she was in our home.
