Hello! I’m Monica and I’m a professional chef originally from Italy, now living in London. Back in Italy, I had the joy of sharing 14 wonderful years with my beloved cat, Salem. Since moving to London, I’ve been lucky to spend the past 7 years with my feline companion, Teide.
