Perpetual Animal Befriender

My name is Samantha and I am a self proclaimed crazy cat lady. I work as a Showroom Assistant at Farrow&Ball in Notting Hill. I recently went part time in order to explore my creative endeavours, this also means I have time to hang out with animals! We got a family cat when I was 15, a 1 year old street cat. She was an aloof tortoise shell, who liked affection on her terms, and I loved her entirely. Unfortunately, she passed away last year. I've moved away from home but still visit regularly, especially since my parents adopted my new best friend, a 10 year old Bengal named Stormzy (technically Storm but that was less catchy). He's the most affectionate cat I've ever met and he feels me with a sense of peace. My love for animals by no means stops at cats. I will befriend ANY animal. If a fox got close enough, I would try to pet it. I've sat for a hamster, a bearded dragon, and of course - cats!

Having experience with both an extremely cuddly cat and one that honestly didn't care that we existed as long as she was fed, I know how to read them. Although I want to cuddle all the babies, I respect their boundaries and let them do their thing. I can keep them company, feed them, poop scoop for them, cuddle when asked, stay back when needed. I'm not allowed a cat in my flat, so I'll be here to care for them as if they're my own (and I won't steal them I promise).
