30+ years cat sitting experience. Happy to help at short notice.

I’m new to Cat In A Flat, although have looked after many cats including my own over the past 30+ years. I’m happy to look after your cat(s), even at short notice. My day job is in IT, so any excuse for me to get out and about locally and to actively help you out is welcomed. Besides, I enjoy spending quality time with cats.

I can visit once or twice a day according to your preference, also at short notice. I cycle everywhere, so it doesn’t take me long to reach your place as/when required.

If during an initial pre-sitting visit you explain any medication requirements then I would follow that. One of my own cats years ago had to take a tablet, twice a day during their senior years. I don’t yet have experience for injections but willing to do that if you show me how to safely administer that in advance.

I will definitely keep you updated and send photos every day. Since I know how much of a difference this makes - I miss my own cat when away travelling.

Also happy to water plants and any other straightforward tasks as required at the same time during visits.

I also have experience looking after rabbits and rodents.
