Paolo has been absolutely excellent. As soon as he met our kitten, Lila, he connected with her and she warmed to him instantly. Paolo is very trustworthy-as soon as he got to our place, he'd send me a photo of Lila to show us she was having fun. I also said I'd love to see any more photos and videos he took playing with her and he sent them to me every day. They had such a good time. He is like a cat whisperer! I felt both our flat and cat were in very safe hands with Paolo and we'll definitely be using him many more times whenever we go away. Thank you so much Paolo!

Paulo was brilliant. He came round to meet me and the cats in advance and I could see that he was very loving towards my cats from the start. He was very reliable and sent regular updates including photos and videos. I have a 20 year old cat who requires various medication and Paulo was not phased about giving the medication. I could see by the videos that he was giving the cats lots of love and attention on his visits. My other cat is 7 years old and enjoys lots of attention, which Paulo provided.

I often feel worried about leaving the cats, even when I have confidence in the sitter. I felt very relaxed knowing that Paulo was caring for them though, as I was so confident that he was treating them as though they were his own cats.

When I arrived home the cats were happy and relaxed and everything was nice and clean.

Complete peace of mind! We couldn't have asked for a better or more caring Cat sitter to look after our two kittens, than Paolo! It was evident from the moment that we first met Paolo that he is a true cat lover, he connected with our two kittens Nacho and Nova immediately, especially Nova who is the more timid of the two. Paolo diligently and kindly followed the instructions I left and kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos.

Whilst we were away, there was fire at our neighbours property, which we were informed of after the situation had come to an end. I informed Paolo as to what happened and he was absolutely brilliant in seeing if we needed anything checking over and even offered to speak to our neighbours on our behalf to see if everything was OK. This level of service truly went above and beyond (as I have found with the entire experience of booking Paolo) and we felt so reassured that Paolo was there to look after our cats, as we knew he would do the best for them.

We returned home to a pair of very happy and content kittens and we would not hesitate to book Paolo again! Thank you Paolo!

Paolo is trustworthy, punctual, and loves cats. He didn't just do a job, he cared; and that allowed me to relax while i was away. My cat loved him.

Paolo is a great cat sitter who bonded well with our cats Sooty and Sweep. He sent us regular videos and watered our plants, and was easy to get in touch with before and during the booking. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a cat sitter in the area.
