Our first time using Claire and she has been great. She came to our property before the dates we needed her for so that she could meet our cat Hugo, and to learn where everything is along with taking down emergency info. Claire also sent through a nice little update about how Hugo was doing each day. We will 100% use Claire again!

Claire has sat for my 2 cats on multiple occasions and they are always happy to see her. This time one of my cats needed an emergency visit to the vet, I was uncontactable, so Claire arranged the vet visit and gave my cat all the extra love and affection she needed. I am eternally grateful to Claire for loving my cats as she loves her own.

Claire was excellent and really helped Periwinkle and us deal with our first week apart. Great communication throughout. Will book again :)

I have a very shy cat and going to a cattery led him not eating for four days. I had begun to give up on the idea of holidaying every again, that is until I was put in touch with Claire. Very happy cats as always. Both rushed down the stairs to see Claire, which is more than they did, when we returned home!! Claire checked and watered my tomato plants among other things without being asked. She really is the best. Kind, thoughtful, truly exceptional and most importantly, just loves cats. Claire truly loves cats and is such a good sitter! She made sure our cats were okay and went above and beyond to ensure their wellbeing! So happy we found Claire to check on our cats for us!

Claire is an absolute gem. We really wouldn't want anyone else looking after our cats. Sending pictures, videos and messages throughout the week. She offered to do some extra days for us when her plans changed and it is obvious how much she loves the cats she looks after. One of our cats is timid but Claire had her rolling on her back for tummy tickles.... a rare feat indeed.

We are over the moon that we found Claire to look after our rescue cat Daisy at short notice. Daisy doesn't come out of her hiding place for a single person other than us, and we fully expected Daisy to never even be seen in the flesh by whoever was cat sitting, but Claire went to such amazing lengths to make Daisy feel comfortable- we almost fell over in shock when she sent us videos of Daisy flirting, purring, rolling around on the floor for her- a real testament to how much Claire cared for her and was willing to go out of her way to make sure Daisy was happy. We were initially resigned to booking her into a cattery whenever we went away, as she can get so anxious that she destroys all the carpets and anything she can get her paws on, but the house is immaculate and the cat (more importantly) happy and well looked after. Will be repeat customers for a long time!

Claire exudes genuine warmth, care and consideration, not only for the cats but has extended her loveliness to us. She is so kind and reassuring, spending time with the cats, communicating daily, sharing photos and updates. An exceptional Mary Poppins , practically perfect in every way.

I've lost count of the number of times we've asked Claire to look after our cats, for both short and longer breaks. Every time she has been a delight to communicate with, always reliable and upbeat. She sends daily texts and usually a photo or even a video of the cats, and will also put out the dustbins and bring in the post from an outside box. Plus really sweet welcome home notes to cheer us up when coming back to reality! Thank you, Claire, you are a real treasure.

We went straight to Claire for cat-care after lockdown eased allowing us to book some trips away. Our cats love seeing her and she always sends a daily update and photos/videos. I'm sure they get much more attention from her than from us! She also does helpful things like collect in the post and put bins out, and left us a really sweet welcome home letter. We've got her booked for two more occasions this year, and there will be more!

We've used Claire before and she did a brilliant job, so she was our first choice to look after our cats while we were away for our wedding. They were in great hands as usual, and it was lovely seeing the photos that Claire sent. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding party knowing that our cats were being well looked after.

Our second time of booking Claire, and she was brilliant again. She made a special effort to get through the floods to reach our cats, and although I'd forgotten to ask, she emptied our outdoor letterbox, for which we were very grateful as it always leaks in wet weather! She noticed it was my birthday while we were away and left me a greetings card, which was very sweet. Thanks Claire.

We cannot recommend Claire highly enough. I would have given her ten stars! She communicated with us very promptly before, during and after the sitting process. She offered to do extra things (bins out, watering, mail collected). She sent a welfare report on our two cats every day of our 8 day holiday, always with a photo or a video; they got a lot more fussing and petting from her than they do with us, I think! And most importantly, she arrived when she said she would and fed the cats the way we'd agreed; they were extremely chilled and happy when we got home. Many thanks Claire!
