Hello lovely cat owners,

My name is Adel. I’m a work-from-home artist with a lifelong love for feline friends—and animals of all kinds. I’ve been around pets my entire life. Growing up, my family shared our home with several dogs, chickens, and even a few small exotic animals. Since moving to Scotland in 2010, cats have become a very special part of my life. I was a proud cat mum for 10 wonderful years to my tuxedo boy, Domi, who filled my life with love and companionship.

I currently live with my fiancé and our beautiful tortoiseshell fur baby whom we adopted in 2022 from the Scottish SPCA in Dumbarton.

I’m a responsible, gentle, and attentive person who truly enjoys spending time with animals, and I would love to care for your cat as if they were my own. Outside of animal care, I enjoy arts and crafts, photography, yoga, cooking, music, and spending time outdoors in nature.

Although I’m new to Cat in a Flat, I do have hands-on experience caring for friends’ cats, including overnight stays while they were away on holiday.

🏡🔑🐈🥣💧🧶🪴 Overnight stays in your home If you’re going on holiday and would feel more comfortable with someone staying in your home, I’m happy to offer overnight care. This option is often ideal for longer trips, as it allows your cat to feel less alone and receive more frequent companionship and playtime.

If you chose this option, since I work from home, I can spend plenty of time with your cat (I would just need to bring my art materials—no toxic supplies, of course!). Please note that I’m unable to offer overnight stays in my own home, as I have a cat myself and she is a sensitive soul.
