About Me
Friendly & Reliable Cat Sitter in W-s-M
Hi, I'm Flic, I’m in my thirties, married to Adam and I love animals, especially cats. I have two young cats named Jasper and Zebby. In my profile picture is Kody our older rescue cat, who we sadly lost early 2023. I’m a Musician and Writer and have recently changed careers with a long term goal of training to be a veterinary nurse. Having worked in a vets until July 2024, I currently work shifts at a wildlife rescue centre in Somerset.
Due to my shifts changing weekly, it’s easier for me to do shorter and last minute cat sitting dates. I will always give the full 20-30 minute time with the cat, I just can’t commit to things too far in advance as I don’t want to be unreliable and back out last minute.
I would see looking after your cat as a privileged role and not to be taken lightly. I completely understand cats have their own personalities and I will look after your pet according to his or her needs and character.
I'm gentle, calm, reliable and responsible. When your cat is in my care, I will treat him/her as if they were my own and likewise your property. I am also keen to keep you informed about how the cat is doing, as much as you wish. I've had cats in my life since I was born and love hanging out with them and their mysterious ways.
I have a driving license and a car and can travel around Weston, Uphill and Milton. I will always meet and greet both you and your pet beforehand. If you have any questions, please get in touch. :)
Pet First Aid qualified until 2027
My Services: I will put the cats needs first, I love a big cuddle with a cat, but only if the cat wants it. I am also happy to simply provide food and leave if the cat prefers being alone. I am experienced in changing cat litter as my own cats use litter trays. I know how important it is to keep it clean for cats to ensure they are happy and comfortable! I am also confident in using a syringe for food and crushing tablets for any medicinal needs, having previously had an older cat has given me plenty of experience in this. When I meet a cat, I allow them to come to me first, I am happy to give them time and play with them if needed.
