Hi! I’m Mariam 👋🏼 I’m 26 and work as a care manager supporting people with mental health—so looking after others (humans or cats!) is second nature to me. I recently moved jobs and would love to spend more time helping fellow cat parents feel at ease when they’re away.

I’m DBS checked, completely cat-obsessed, and genuinely love looking after other people’s kitties. I’m that person who keeps spare cat food in the car just in case I spot a stray 🫢.

I have two adorable boys of my own: Baby Jimmy (7 years old) and Muffin (4 years old). They’re my world. I’ve looked after lots of cats for friends and family, although this is my first time registering on Cat in a Flat. I’ve actually used this service myself when I go away—so I totally get how important it is to know your cats are safe, comfy, and cared for.

I’m all about cuddles (if your cat is into it), treats, Lick-e-Lix, and making sure your cats feel loved while you’re gone. My goal is to help them feel calm and happy—and give you peace of mind so you can properly enjoy your time away.
