About Me
Cat sitter in London
Hey there!
I work for a charity in SE and I also do some freelance design. I mostly go to the office but I rarely do 8 hour days, usually less.
I seem to have become the cat sitter of choice for all my friends and we always joke around about my doing this for money and accommodation.
Although I now have stable accommodation, I live in a small room in a small flat with a couple and their cat - whom I have looked after for around 2 months in total - but I like having time alone to unwind and I also want to give the couple more space.
This is why I am only after cat sitting where I can stay over for at least a week at a time. I live and work in the SE but would happily go closer to the city, up to Kings Cross.
I keep forgetting to fill my latest DBS (work requirement) but I should have one soon if it helps. I also need to be allowed to have at least a person at a time over. This is because it would help me feel safer, and I tend to have a friend over for movies once or twice a week as a routine.
The accommodation should be reasonably tidy. I can also water plants. ☘️
I grew up with cats and after I left home I rarely got to interact with any for a few years. But now most of my settled friends have cats and as they know I love them, as I mentioned above, I am the cat sitter of choice.
I love cuddly cats but I also frequently look after this beautiful chunky boy who only ever comes close at night and makes biscuits on my arm. The cat I live with now only sits on my lap if I use her favourite cover. I also look after a couple of brothers, one who always looks confused and only ever comes and sleeps at my feet, and his brother who can never cuddle enough. I love them so much. I am respectful and patient and wouldn't really interact with a cat unless they're obviously keen.
Any questions, ask.
