About Me
Loving and experienced cat sitter in Peckham Rye and surrounding areas
Hi! I'm Liv. I'm an experienced cat-sitter with over 16 years of experience. Are you looking for someone to watch your furry baby and/or home while you're away? If so, I'd love to speak with you!
I have been cat-sitting and housesitting since September 2022 but I have 16+ years of experience caring for all types of cats. Seniors, kittens, sassy or sweet - not to brag but I'm really good at caring for all of them. For me, caring for cats means understanding their needs inside and out, getting to know their personalities, and loving them unconditionally. Basically, I want to be the cat sitter I would want for my own cats! Knowing that every cats’ needs are taken care of and that they are happy and content is very important to me.
For example, my childhood cat Hobbes could sometimes be "sassy," as per his reputation at the vet but he was truly sweet and loving if you took the time to understand his very human moods. My other childhood cat Calvin was fickle and shy until he was sure he could trust you, and then it was belly-scratch and cuddle-central all the time! Befriending your cats is one of my top priorities.
Outside of my love for all furry friends, I enjoy hiking, swimming, and gardening. I look forward to speaking with you!
I am happy to provide any level of care that you need or want for your cat, including giving them treats after dinner, cuddling them for as long as they desire, or playing chase or hunt-and-seek with them. They'll never be lonely or bored as long as I'm around.
I will also ensure that you receive lots of updates so you are well aware of what's going on, whether that's photos, videos, a write-up of the visit, or all three! I've worked with many different clients who all like different things (just like their cats!) so it's no trouble for me to adjust to your preferences :) Open communication is very important for me and I will definitely tell you if your cats seem unwell, happy, sad, if they have a good or bad appetite, and if they've played well.
