Paula is brilliant. She was professional but absolutely lovely from the start. The photos and videos of her playing with our cats made our day and put our minds at rest that all was ok at home. So glad we’ve found her!!

Paula looked after my elderly cat for 5 nights when I was on holiday at New Year and really did a wonderful job. She made sure he was fed, watered and received his medication and also gave him a lot of love and attention - which he was delighted about! It was invaluable to know that he was being so well cared for when I was away - it gave me peace of mind and allowed me to properly enjoy the holiday, particularly as Paula sent regular photos and videos showing how well he was doing. I would highly recommend Paula - she is friendly and reliable and my (old and slightly grumpy) cat loved her! Xx

We were looking for a friendly and caring person to look after our two little ladies whilst we were on holiday, and we definitely found that in Paula! I absolutely loved getting updates daily from Paula about her visits to Darcy and Penny. Paula was easy to contact and we came home to two happy little cats.

Paula took great care of our cat Lily recently when we were away for a week - we came home to a relaxed and happy cat! Her communication was great, with frequent updates and pictures. Paula is clearly very comfortable and experienced with animals, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. We will definitely get in touch with her next time we are away.

Having adopted two older cats three years ago and with our family recently moving out of the house this was our first time having to consider what to do with our cats while we were away. One of our cats is extremely cautious and to have a cat sitter from Cat In A Flat come to us seemed the best option. From start to finish Paula was professional, caring and very enthusiastic. We loved the photographs she posted and even our less confident cat was under her spell! We feel so fortunate to have found Paula and we would highly recommend her. Paula looked after our two kitties while we went away to visit family. She was so accommodating, even though my booking was very last minute. She never made it feel like it was a hassle, and she was really friendly to us and our cats. The kitties were well catered and cared for, and we received daily updates and photos. The house seemed cleaner when we got back than how we had left it! 😊 Cannot fault this service at all,very highly recommend!
