About Me
Cat sitter in York
Hello, I'm Hannah and at the moment I'm working as a junior doctor in the NHS. I adore animals, particularly furry feline friends but unfortunately due to the nature of job, I am unable to have a kitty ( or two) of my own.
I often return home to visit my mum and our own two moggies, Tomos and Kitty, who we rescued from a derelict farm when they were kittens and I was a little girl. As you can imagine, Tom and Kitty are getting on a bit now, both have hyperthyroidism - so am no stranger to hiding medication in chunks of salmon or mackerel; they are quite fussy in their old age! Although postcode is York, I also have a base in Harrogate so am happy for anywhere in between or near the Wetherby area too!
I have often cared for neighbours and relatives cats, young and old and understand that every moggy is different with their own unique personalities and quirks. I also have had some experience volunteering at RSPCA and at local veterinary practice so know what it is like to look after some of the more frail or poorly cats.
I would love to be able to help anyone who needs a cat sitter, as there is a cat shaped hole in my life at the moment and am particularly good at scratching behind ears or tickling under chins.
