Madlen was wonderful in caring for our elderly 17-year-old cat while we were away. Even though we were only going for a couple of days, I was still worried about leaving him, but Madlen totally put my mind at rest. She sent pictures and updates after every visit and really went the extra mile. I definitely recommend Madlen.

Madlen was literally a life saver! I had never ever used her before and she had never met my cats but when I had to attend a family funeral and be away from home for 1 week at short notice she stepped in with no issues. My cat Munchkin in particular took to her really quickly so I think she has some magical cat whispering abilities! She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and went above and beyond. She will be looking after my cats over the Christmas period again and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
