Madlen was absolutely fantastic with my three Ragdolls over the Bank Holiday! Her updates and photos kept me completely at ease, and I came home to a spotless house and three happy, relaxed cats. It was clear they’d been really well cared for, and I will definitely be booking Madlen again.

Madlen was literally a life saver! I had never ever used her before and she had never met my cats but when I had to attend a family funeral and be away from home for 1 week at short notice she stepped in with no issues. My cat Munchkin in particular took to her really quickly so I think she has some magical cat whispering abilities! She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and went above and beyond. She will be looking after my cats over the Christmas period again and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
