Purr & Play Cat Sitting

Hello! I'm a lifelong animal lover with a special passion for all things cats! Growing up with cats all my life and caring for my family dog for 5 years I have a natural affinity for animals and love getting to know each one's unique personality! I currently work as a Project Manager with a flexible schedule.

My family has always had cats, and all kinds too! Growing up we had a lovely black cat who was the life of the house. After she sadly passed, we adopted a rescue from the Newcastle Cat and Dog Shelter, and even though he was a bit of a handful, I learned to be patient and gentle to earn his trust. My family currently has a lovely girl who has the loudest purr ever!

Currently, I share my home with two adorable cats, Elvis and Freya,—a brother and sister pair—who bring so much joy, calm, and companionship to my husband and me. They live a happy, loving life and are true family members. They are so chilled, and we love getting snuggles off them from the moment we walk in the door right up until bedtime. I don’t know what I’d do without them!

Each animal is unique and having two siblings that are completely different from each other, I understand the idiosyncrasies of each individual pet and know to cater my approach to their individual needs, as I will do with your unique bundle of joy! 😸🐶 I'm 100% dedicated to making sure your pet is happy, healthy and well-loved, and I can't wait to meet them!

I will offer a warm, attentive, and personalised experience that reflects my love and understanding of animals, especially cats. I have years of experience caring for cats, from my childhood cat, rescues, and now my own beautiful pair, Elvis and Freya, I bring a lifetime of knowledge and patience to each visit. I have experience cat sitting, including kittens, so you can rest assured knowing your pet is in experienced care. I recognize that each cat has its own personality and quirks, and I will adjust my approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of your cat. This means whether they are shy, playful, or has specific routines, I’ll know how to make them feel comfortable and safe and provide them with a sense of security and companionship while you are away. I understand the importance of routine for cats and would ensure they receive consistent care, from feeding and playtime to cozy snuggles and attention. I will make sure to bring lots of treats (with your permission) and shower them with affection!
