Nekozuki

I come from generations of cat-loving women. I realized that expressing our love for cats is how we talk about our love for each other. I grew up with a cat in the house (two beloved moggies, Neko and later, Fluffy), and I used to look for cats to meet on my way back from school (then worry that my cat was jealous!). I still am always on the lookout for felines as I walk the streets of London, and am very happy when I meet a 'friendly'. I "owned" my beautiful boy Rupert for some years, but then he was tragically taken from us. I now live in a flat where I cannot have a cat and I am bereft!

I know that each cat has its own character and must be encountered on its own terms. I will give each sufficient time to sniff/investigate/assess me before presuming to make a better acquaintance. I would hope for cuddles, but totally understand the need for personal space. I will offer strokes and tickles, but also understand that once the exhausting task of fixing the coiffure is completed, it must not be disturbed.
