Pleasant, reliable & prompt communication before & after the sitting. I felt very reassured that Jenny was looking after Penny & Rosie whilst I was in hospital. Having never used a cat sitter before, and having two scaredy cats, we were a bit nervous about hiring one; but Jenny was great. She visited us beforehand to meet the cats and ask about their food and habits etc, and she sent us photos to reassure us while we were away.
