My name is Marnie, I’m 26 years old and live in North West London.

I’ve had cats all my life, first I had Rafferty Fafferty Mr Foo - a ginger Tom who was the love of my life, now we’ve got Clara Pinkles who is the sweetest little angel ever. I truly cannot imagine a house without a cat.

I have a flexible job and work part-time as a personal assistant which is mostly a remote position but I do occasionally travel for work - with plenty of notice of course. Therefore, I will be able to spend plenty of quality time with the cats I look after - whether that’s playing with them, petting them or just keeping them company.

My family cat Clara has had thyroid issues for a couple of years now and we have had to administer her daily medication thus I’m very comfortable with a very specific schedule with animals and am more than happy to stick to whatever requirements your cat needs and will be very communicative about them while they’re in my care.

Above all, I am a huge animal lover and would love the opportunity to look after your cat with the same care, attentiveness and affection that I give my own. I understand how important it is to feel completely at ease when leaving your cat in someone else’s care and I can guarantee you will feel reassured and safe having me look after your pets.

Despite being new to Cat in A Flat, I have been cat sitting for over two years now on TrustedHouseSitters and am just transitioning to another platform now. During that time, I’ve cared for cats with a wide variety of personalities and needs.

As a cat sitter, I offer both daily visits and overnight stays depending on what suits you and your cat best. I am more than happy to meet you prior to the sit and discuss sitting arrangements in person or over zoom. I am comfortable with both indoor and outdoor cats and can accommodate the care of both easily.

During visits, I ensure feeding, fresh water, litter cleaning and plenty of affection and playtime plus anything else your cat might require like medication, brushing or any specific schedule you and your cats might have. I understand how important these details are especially having my own cat with a specific medication schedule.
