This is the third time Crystal has looked after our cats and each time I have had complete peace of mind leaving them in her care. She is very reliable and keeps in touch, which is very reassuring.

Crystal did a brilliant job looking after our two cats. She is very efficient and having met her I felt very confident leaving Bertie and Tilly in her capable hands. She sent daily updates and even managed to capture a photo, which is not easy as B and T are shy of people they don't know! I hope she can look after them next time!

We contacted Crystal at short notice to also look after my Mum’s two cats whilst we all went away. She was really helpful and made time to visit and meet two very timid cats. The communication was superb and we got some lovely photos of the two little tinkers. Thank you!
