Pets Stay Home - a petsitting service for Hove.

Lover of all animals. Grew up with cats, and as soon as I was able to, got two cats of my own. But also love rodents, and have owned mice & rats in my younger days.

I have been a pet sitter since Jan 2003. When I returned from living abroad, I asked my vet if he knew of any part-time work with animals which would fit in with the school run and school holidays and he mentioned petsitting. After extensive research, I embarked on setting up my own petsitting business, called Pets Stay Home, just for me.

I treat all pets as if they were my own, and having lived with cats all my life, feel I have a very good understanding of their behaviour and requirements.

As I have been in this business for over 17 years, I have also gained experience in working with all sorts of cats with varying characters, and like to think I can win over their trust very quickly.

PLEASE NOTE: I AM ONLY AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS WHO NEED MORNING ONLY VISITS (ie 1 daily visit)

I currently only offer a morning service.

I am happy looking after cats, all rodents, reptiles, fish and even spiders (although have yet to have that pleasure).

My service covers putting down fresh food (wet and/or dry) and water, daily scooping of litter trays and complete clean as and when required (or under owners specific instructions). All dishes are washed daily, so always handy to see spare bowls so I can fee hungry cats before getting to the washing up. :)

I will then spend time with your cats. I allow the cats to tell me what it is they want - some days they just want lap time and affection, other times they want to play to burn of some energy.

I will also water house plants (providing there aren't too many) at no extra charge. However outside is an extra, so please let me know if you do want outside pots watering, especially over the summer months.

Your mail will be neatly stacked up for you. I will empty the rubbish bin on my last visit, and make sure worktop is left clean.
