Got on well with Denise at face-to-face and good comms throughout with daily videos and messages. Ellie is quite a shy boy but he took to Denise which is the most important factor. Denise is local and visited at, as close to, the same time each day, which gave Ellie a routine. Thanks Denise.

This is the second time Denise has cat sit for us. One of our cats is very sensitive so we were looking for a regular sitter who he was happy with and he really likes Denise. She is very professional and friendly.

Denise was great with all of our cats. One of them seemed to be very nervous initially but she managed to persuade her to come out of hiding and come up to her for food. By the end of the week all was fine. She was very reliable and contacted us before and during to keep us fully updated which is very reassuring. We would definitely recommend

We cannot recommend Denise enough. We have never used a service like this before so were very anxious, but Denise put our minds at ease. She was so lovely with our two Ragdoll boys and sent regular updates.

Denise took care of our two cats when we were away. We were a bit concerned as the little one is ill and the oldest is very shy, so we wanted to make sure they were well looked after. Denise sent us regular updates and photos of both of them, so we knew they were both ok. We couldn’t be happier!

Denise is an incredible person. She was extremely caring and meticulous looking after our little old lady Martha. Martha is 20 years old and requires various medications which Denise was able to administer with no fuss and total expertise. We felt that Martha was in the most capable hands. Denise kept us updated with texts, photos and videos which made our holiday more relaxing as we knew Martha was healthy, happy and safe. Thank you Denise ☺️
