Cat sitter in Oakham

Hi I'm Indy and I'm here to help you look after your cats when you need an extra set of hands.

I grew up around cats (my parents used to refer to their cat as 'the first born' as they'd had him since before I was born) and at points we'd have more cats in the house as people with our gang of four, all of whom lived to be 20+. I now have 3 gorgeous felines of my own - two moggies and a Maine Coon who are pure joy to live with.

I currently work on a farm park looking after a wide range of animals and am the designated staff member for treating any who are sick or injured. From this I have found a real passion for animal medical care and will soon be training to become a veterinary nurse.

As a cat sitter, I would make sure to spend time with your cats so they don't get lonely rather than be in and out quickly just to feed. I'm more than happy to clean litter boxes to make sure the cats are happy and so that you don't come back to a smelly house. I have experience in giving medications (injected, syringe fed, tablets) and flea/worm treatment to cats so you can feel safe in the knowledge that any treatment your cat needs will be given, and records kept of when the medication was given and at what dosage. In my house, I'm head treat giver and the cats know that well.
