Gemma is the perfect cat sitter. As usual we were kept up to date with daily videos and messages and we were particularly grateful for the extra care she took in ensuring our kitties were safe and happy during the firework weekend. We came home to two happy and relaxed cats.

Amazing service as always! Just come home from holiday to a very happy cat, I had no worries whilst being away with regular updates. Gemma is the best I wouldn't use anyone else.

Gemma is absolutely amazing with our cats. We feel that we can enjoy our holiday knowing that she is taking care of them. We get videos ,photos and texts every visit so we get to see them every day. I would highly recommend Gemma to anyone who is nervous about leaving their cats for any length of time.

Easy communication, Saffie seemed to warm up to her right away which is fairly unusual actually. She was also very friendly and has a clear love for cats.

As usual Gemma has done a smashing job with Lily, who is not always the friendliest of cats but does seem to be warming to Gemma. Probably down to Gemma's patience and determination to win Lily over and to be friends, it's lovely.

I cannot commend Gemma K enough. She was very sensitive as we were leaving our precious Belle for 3 nights on her own for the first time! Gemma sent us reassuring videos. And overall, I could just feel in Gemma's voice and commentary what a feline fairy Godmother she is. Belle was very happy! Thank you Gemma for being so amazing.

Gemma is a first class sitter and we feel so lucky to have found her. She is so loving with our little fur baby, and really takes the time to make her feel loved when we are away. She sends photos and videos at every visit and brings any concerns to our attention. She even brought a toy for her that she absolutely loves. So kind and thoughtful.

Came around before, made friends with Ben and was familiar with the automatic feeders. Sent a video which was nice, clearly a real animal lover.

Gemma did a fantastic job of looking after Bobby and Nutmeg again, playing in the garden with them when the weather was fine and providing daily videos and updates. Gemma even watered the garden when the weather was dry. Will definitely be booking Gemma again.

Gemma is excellent - have trusted my kittens into her care on two occasions, missy recently whilst on holiday for a week. She clearly loves cats and is super sweet with them - cuddles and play, ensures they are always fed and watered and happy. She also sent me daily video updates which I appreciate. Gemma was an absolute star yet again. Both cats warmed to her, she played with them and gave one of my cats his daily meds 3 times a day. She also kindly watered the garden. The cats were happy and relaxed when we returned from holiday.

Gemma was fantastic. From the very first message, her communication was excellent and, once we met prior to us going away, I knew I was leaving my Zazz in great hands.

Gemma was amazing with Meredith and we came back to a very calm and happy cat! We had to extend our holiday by a day because our baby was sick and was not fit to fly! Gemma took great care of my two cats throughout the 3 weeks I was visiting family.

At first, I was wary of letting them for such a long time, but they were so comfortable with Gemma from the first visit that my wariness was soothed and they seemed to like her better than my husband and me.

Gemma was recommended by friends. You can tell she genuinely loves cats and treated ours with great care. This meant we could relax knowing they were well looked after. She sent daily updates & videos and our cats, who are usually nervous around others, were clearly happy in her company. They showed their appreciation by bringing her lots of mice.

Gemma is an outstanding cat sitter; really professional but also caring in equal measure. When we went away one of my cats was really poorly, to the extent that he was still in the vet for her first visit. She was rigorous in giving my cat his medication at the correct times and updated me every visit on his condition 👌🏼

It was the first time I’ve left Cali since I adopted her so I was quite anxious but Gemma is great! We met Gemma for the first time only a few weeks before going away, but immediately felt she would be perfect to look after our cats whilst on holiday. It was clear to see she has a passion for cats and enjoys caring for them.She was very reliable, gave us regular updates whilst we were away; even arranging for our kitties to be distracted should they be scared by fireworks going off on Bonfire Night! Gemma looked after them so well that I think they wouldn’t have minded if we had stayed away a little longer! Gemma did a fantastic job of caring for our two tabbies, sent us lots of pictures so we didn’t miss them too much and was also willing to check on the hamster and water our plants. She went above and beyond when one of them brought a live magpie in through the cat flap in getting it out and cleaning up after it. Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to ask her to look after them again (if she’s willing).

Very happy with how Gemma took care of our precious kitten, Hugo. First time leaving him at home but it all went very well. Gemma looked after him so well we didn't have to worry. She obviously made sure he had lots of food and water and a clean litter but she also played with him, kept him entertained and loved. She even went out of her way to pay him an additional visit. Thanks to her he didn't feel so alone and confused. We highly recommend her and would happily use her services again!
