Our rescue cats are very shy and nervous, so it was a relief to find Jeanie to look after them. She has a very relaxed and calm demeanour, and it was obvious from photos sent that the cats really enjoyed her company and playing with her - very unusual for them!! - and they felt comfortable with her looking after them! Reliable and goes over/beyond.

Jeanie was great with Sibyl while I was on holiday and I could really relax knowing my cat was being so well looked after! Jeany was wonderful, and our little fur baby fell in love with her. Communication was fantastic, with daily updates whilst she was at our flat, with videos and photos. When we came home, our cat was so happy and relaxed and not stressed at all. Jeany was very conscientious when it came to precautions around COVID-19, which we also really appreciated.

Jean did a WONDERFUL job! Chelsea & Charlie seemed so HAPPY when we returned home..YAY! Our home was taken care of very nicely while we were gone too! It is sooo... COMFORTING to know everything was taken care of soo..well especially our babies while we were on a vacation.
