Hello, I grew up in wales with my mother owning 4 cats when I was a baby. My grandmother also had 2 cats at this time. At several stages of my upbringing we would have our cat funerals and also welcome new cat members to our family. In my early teens I raised kittens, and we also sold them once they were of age. In my later teens I had my first cat, and a few years later we welcomed another cat to our family. Then a few years later the female had her litter and again we raised those kittens, sold a few and kept two. Totalling us with 4 cats again.

Up until my mid 20’s we cared for these cats and I also regularly stayed with my grandmother and looked after her cat also.

All cats have now passed on and I have been living without cats for the last 6/7 years due to the nature of my lifestyle with work and travel.

But I am frequently reminded of my ongoing deep affinity with felines and our ways of communicating which never leaves you when you are raised with and amongst them.

I’m looking forward to eventually having my own again in the future when my lifestyle permits it.

I am a qigong practitioner, I mediate and also practice yoga. Also a musician/sound healer and artist and have a strong belief that animals and particular cats are attuned to sensitivities in ways that humans are not always aware of, but that we can also find ways to sooth, communicate or attune with animals through sound medicine and energy cultivation practices.

I am extremely communicative and empathic with animals, particular accustom to felines. I pay close attention to non verbal queues as well their different tones of speech to meet their needs and requests wether that be for feeding, soothing, easing any agitation or stress, playing time, rest and all other forms of curious talkative interaction.

Certainly taking care of the primary duties such as cleaning litter, their food dish, grooming or hair and coat maintenance, nail clipping if needed, but also any help needed regarding walking them, spending time with them outdoors, playing with them, cuddling and petting, or even perhaps any sound healing or holistic approaches to providing care for them.
