Lolas Paws and Claws.

Hi there, my name is Lola Gilbert. I’m a London living 24 year old animal lover whom has a deep passion for there welfare. I currently work part time at a London city farm where I care for a variety of animals; goats, sheep, alpaca, pigs, rabbits, ferrets, gueina pigs etc. This extensive list comes with much responsibility and I excel making sure all animals are happy and healthy. I am also a dog grooming assistant (on Mondays and Tuesdays) where I bath blow-dry and do nails for a wide range of different dog breeds.

To get me where I am I have completed my Level 2 Animal Care and my Level 3 Animal Management with a Distinction*

Having owned two wonderful cats; James a traditional black cat and Spike a Bengal, I understand the importance of providing a comfortable, loving and stress-free environment. In which I will portray in my service.

Whether it’s a daily visit, overnight care or anything in between I’ll make sure your pet feels safe loved and happy whilst you’re gone. I treat every pet I care for as if they were my own and will always go the extra mile to meet their needs. This includes playing with toys, gentle affection and lots of treat giving.

During each daily session I will give 30-40 mins with the desired animal. This gives me enough time to clean water, give fresh feed, give an overall health check, then play with some toys and give treats (if allowed) at the end of the session. I can also give medication if needed. This regime is the same for all animals stated on my profile. However it can change depending on the clients desires.
