About Me
The Abergele Cat Lady
Henlow! ^.^ My name is Hannah and I'm a Crazy Cat Lady. I take this title very seriously and have been training since the age of 10 to identify feline needs and put them above my own. I have owned several Cats over my 38 years and have treated each one like a human member of the family. Such is my dedication, that I have had no skin babies of my own, and instead my partner of 10 years and I are the proud mothers 3 feline fur babies, Kaoru our Chonky Queen age 12, (yes she is regularly attending the tubby club...) Sebastian our only Big Lad, who has multiple regular medications for his osteoarthritis, age 10 and Yuki, our Floofy "designer" Ragdoll with insane hunting skills, age 6, so I'm used to many different needs, requirements and behaviours. Each of our cats is spayed/neutered and is up to date on flea wormer and vaccinations, which I only mention so you know I am a responsible Cat owner! ^.^ I have had dogs, fish, rabbits, guinipigs, rodents and reptiles over the years as well, and while I'm predominantly feline oriented, I absolutely don't mind taking on any extra animal companions you may have, provided I am given detailed instructions on their individual needs and preferences. I hope you will think of me when you need a safe, reliable pet sitter, who will frankly spoil your fur babies rotten. Many thanks for reading! ^.^
A Far Cry from "Dump the food and Go"... Being the mother of three Cats, I know what I would hope to expect from a cat sitter, and I will provide that, and then some. I may be limited to public transport, but I'm happy to walk, bus or train to give you the peace of mind that your baby will have proper decent care and lengthy cuddles and play time. For too long I have had to put up with people who have offered to watch my cats, but then come to find out they only turn up twice a day, for 5 minutes to silently fill their food bowls without checking on them, and then leaving. I understand your cats need for routine, for company, for interaction, and for care and cuddles. My ideal visits would be 2 hour minimum each (length of time entirely up to you though ultimately) in order to ensure I am able to witness them eating their food/taking any medications, cleaning litters, and checking thoroughly for accidents, while also making sure that kitty has plenty of time to just sit and chill with some company in the house, preferably playing or cuddling. I am more than happy to water your plants, bring in the mail, and cycle basic chores like blasting the heating for 10 minutes or letting some fresh air in etc. Overnight stays are no problem, and you will be able to rest assured that your home and your fur babies will be in trusted hands. You would be most welcome to call or text at any time for updates, photos, or to voice any concerns. I hope to hear from you soon, and to be able to give you peace of mind when booking your next trip away. Many thanks for reading ^.^
