I am a 22 year old, full-time university student from Leicestershire with over 2 decades of experience with cats (if you count my entire life). My Mum always had 3 cats in the house growing up, who I love and miss very much here. Even seeing a cat on the street brightens my day, and makes it incredibly special if they come to sit on my lap. Despite developing a slight allergy to cats in recent years, I dont mind taking an antihistamine to spend time with these fluffy friends.

Feeding - simple enough, wet or dry food or a mix, just let me know. If multiple cats need to be fed in separate rooms I am an excellent cat wrangler

Cleaning - I'll wash food bowls before every use and put out fresh water once a day. If food mats need wiping or litter needs to be hoovered up I can sort it. Any accidents around the house can be sorted with some kitchen roll and carpet cleaner if need be.

Litter tray - I'll scoop the poops and top up that litter box each visit. I also keep an eye out for anything strange or worrying in the stool, just to be safe.

Medication - I know this can be a struggle for most cat owners, but having experience with my own elderly kitties I know all the tricks to getting these rascals to swallow pills or liquid medication or hold still to apply eye drops. I am inexperienced with asthmatic cats and any medication that needs to be injected via a needle.

Cuddles !! - I love cuddling with cats, even if it makes me wheeze a little. For however long your cat wants to cuddle, rest assured that I'm staying there for as long as I possibly can.

Understanding Behaviour - If your cat is a little tart and cuddles straight away, needs a little time trusting or will never warm up to strangers I do not mind. I can tell if a cat is uncomfortable, scared or apprehensive, and I certainly know not to push my luck trying to win them over. If they are not comfortable with me, as long as I can get a quick look to make sure they're physically alright, I will leave them be.
