About Me

Cat lover & stroker

Hi my name is Genevieve and I am a big cat lover! I grew up with many cats in the house and my favourite childhood cat Kitty recently passed away at age 18. She had a lovely long life and I miss her a lot.

I love to spend time with cats. Although I enjoy interacting with them, I always make sure they are in the mood for it and I am very aware of cats' different personalities. I wait for them to approach me when they feel comfortable and curious enough, and they often do because I am calm and seem to have a good affinity with cats. I especially love to meet cats on the street and say hello! Looking after other people's cats sounds great and I have done some cat-sitting before for friends. I am experienced in both indoor and outdoor cats' needs.

I am happy to feed them, clean their litterboxes, play with them, keep them company etc.

I have a lot of time at the moment as I am on maternity leave and am happy to take on last-minute sittings, etc.

    Genevieve took good care of Alfie over two days. We had some lovely pics/videos and details of his eating which helped put our minds at ease during our travel. I would recommend her services and definitely book again.

    Genevieve has continued to look after Bayley, she is managing to become friends with my grumpy cat and it is great to know that Bayely will be okay while we are away. Genevieve is reliable and keeps in close touch, sending lots of photos and comments etc.

    Genevieve was able to take on cat sitting at short notice when I needed to go away for work. She was lovely to deal with and sent me lots of pictures of my cat while I was away which put my mind at rest. I could home to a well fed cat, albeit one who was a bit grumpy about my absence!

    Genevieve was great; she came and met Bertie prior to us going away and sent us lots of pictures when we were gone. He's only a very little kitten at the moment but we felt really reassured knowing that he was in such safe hands. We would highly recommend Genevieve to anyone who is looking for a cat sitter!
